Phase 1 retail is on track for a Q1 2027 opening, and the 355-unit luxury apartment component has secured its construction financing.
I drove past the site this past week, and the structural framework is becoming visible above the construction walls. For residents of communities like Prestancia, Esplanade, and Heritage Oaks, having a full-service grocery anchor and a walkable retail destination two miles from home will be transformative for daily errands and evenings out.
