Pine Valley is one of those communities that punches above its weight. You get preserve trails, a genuine community feel, and solid homes at a price point that makes sense. It's not the flashiest address on Palmer Ranch, but it's one of the most livable. For buyers who want the Palmer Ranch lifestyle without the premium price tag, Pine Valley is always on my shortlist.
