My personal take on Talon Preserve.
When I first visited Talon Preserve, I was genuinely impressed — and I've seen a lot of communities on Palmer Ranch over the years. The amenity center is on another level. That HIDEaway Bar & Grille is the kind of thing you'd expect at a $500/night resort, not a Palmer Ranch neighborhood. The Caribbean-inspired design, the pool layout, the food and drinks — it all feels intentional and elevated.
What I love most about Talon Preserve for my clients is the new construction angle. You're not inheriting someone else's finishes or dealing with deferred maintenance. Everything is brand new, with the modern floor plans and energy efficiency that today's buyers want. And being DiVosta — now part of the Pulte family — the build quality is solid.
For relocation buyers coming from up north (and I was one of them myself), Talon Preserve checks a lot of boxes: gated security, resort amenities, new construction, and a location that puts you 20 minutes from Siesta Key and 15 minutes from downtown Sarasota.
