Saturday Sarasota Farmers Market — July 5
The Sarasota Farmers Market runs every Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. along Main Street and Lemon Avenue — even through the holiday week. With 80+ vendors, live acoustic music, and the kind of community energy that makes you feel like you're part of something, it's a Saturday morning institution.
This time of year, the summer produce is at its absolute peak. The mangoes from local farms are incredible right now, and there are always a few vendors with fresh-cut tropical flowers that make the whole walk feel like a small celebration. If you're coming from Palmer Ranch, it's a quick 15-minute drive downtown — and parking is easier in July than you'd think. Grab a coffee, browse the stalls, and start your Saturday the Sarasota way.
FIFA World Cup Final Countdown at The Bay
The FIFA World Cup 2026 is in its final stretch, and The Bay — Sarasota's waterfront park on the bayfront — has been the place to watch it. Free large-screen match broadcasts, food trucks, and community energy right on the lawn with views of Sarasota Bay. The tournament wraps up with the Championship Final on Sunday, July 19 at 3:00 p.m.

Siesta Key Farmers Market — Sundays
If Saturday's downtown market doesn't fit your schedule, the Siesta Key Farmers Market runs every Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to noon in Siesta Key Village. It's smaller than the downtown market, but the beachside setting and casual island vibe make it worth the drive. Ringling Summer Circus Spectacular — Through August 8
The Ringling Summer Circus Spectacular is still going strong at the Historic Asolo Theater.
